Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Due Date:

Invoices are due 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Late Payment:

A late fee of 2% will be charged for payments received after the due date..

3. Payment Methods:

We exclusively use the Maldives National Bank (BML) Gateway for processing payments. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through the Maldives National Bank (BML) Gateway.
  • BML Internet Banking: Customers can make secure online payments through the Maldives National Bank Internet Banking platform.

4. Billing Information:

It is the responsibility of the client/customer to provide accurate billing information. Any changes in billing details should be communicated promptly.

5. Currency:

All transactions are processed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and United States Dollar (USD).

6. Taxes:

Prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by governmental authorities.

7. Disputed Charges:

Any disputes regarding invoiced charges must be submitted in writing within 20 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered as an acknowledgment that the charges are valid.

8. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of AfunTech. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 20 days of the payment date.

9. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goverment Maldives

10. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
